GCZ International HR Services (“Owner”) has developed and operates the Site to provide visitors with online access to information regarding the services available within the framework of the EBTT Programme (the “Service”). 7. Remedy

These Terms may be terminated by either you or the Owner at any time and on any effective date. Upon termination, you must destroy any Content or copies thereof that you obtained from the Site on the effective date of termination at the latest. 9. Applicable law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium, with the exception of provisions on the conflict of laws.

10. Competent jurisdiction
All disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved amicably. If the amicable settlement of any dispute is not possible, the court of Hasselt in the Kingdom of Belgium will have sole competence and jurisdiction to determine the terms of the resolution.

11. Entire Terms and severity
These Terms constitute all of the terms and conditions related to the use of the Site and the Content. If the court deems any provisions within these Terms to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the provision in question will be deemed as
severed from the Terms. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
